Our Story

Who We Are

Rooted in legacy. Renewed in vision. Building for lasting impact.

McFadden Worship Center is rooted in a legacy of faith, family, and community established by devoted believers whose foundation continues to shape who we are today. Generations of descendants, along with a broader community grafted into that legacy, have remained steadfast in preserving and advancing these core values.

As a new church community emerging from this rich heritage, McFadden Worship Center carries that legacy forward with renewed vision and purpose.

We are a growing Sabbath-keeping congregation committed to Christ-centered living, authentic community, and spiritual growth. As a predominantly African American church, we honor our culture, faith traditions, and collective strength through worship, leadership, and service.

Our desire is to create a space where individuals and families can deepen their relationship with Christ while building meaningful, lasting connections with one another.

We are not simply continuing a tradition—we are stewarding a legacy and building a foundation for lasting impact, rooted in faith and strengthened through community.

"For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord — plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

— Jeremiah 29:11
